Our Laboratory in collaboration with collaborating scientific staff, organizes workshops, seminars, and other actions, related to the upgrading and promotion of quality, the understanding and improvement of the organoleptic profile of olive oil as well as other related issues, covering the entire spectrum of production, olive oiling, standardization, storage and use of olive oil.

Our laboratory has been certified according to EN ISO 9001-2015 by TUV/AUSTRIA-HELLAS, for the development & organization of educational events and seminars.

Seminars & Webinars

With the extensive knowledge and experience of our laboratory but also together with experienced professionals and academics, we are organizing training sessions and courses (on sight or on-line) , related to the following topics:

  • Greek varieties  (organoleptic and other quality characteristics) 
  • Olive tree cultivation  and harvesting best practices
  • Olive mill proper operation, technology and best practices oriented to high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil production

  • Olive oil use in gastronomy and food pairing

Most of the courses are performed in Greek language, however, can be provided also in English, upon demand.
