Refunds and cancellations policy

Seminar cancellation following a decision by the organizer or due to force majeure

The organizer reserves the right to change the date of a scheduled seminar, informing those interested who have already registered, by phone or e-mail. As long as an advance payment or the total amount has been made, the interested party has the right to request a full refund of the corresponding amounts paid, if he does not wish to attend the seminar on the new date. The organizer also reserves the right to change the program of a seminar or to cancel it. In case of cancellation of the seminar, trainees will be informed by phone or e-mail. In case of cancellation for any reason, the refund will be made either by canceling the credit card charge (if you have paid by credit card) or by depositing into a bank account, which you will indicate to us. In case of force majeure, (strike, government bans, bad weather conditions and generally any event beyond the reasonable control of the organizer, which affects the smooth running of all or part of a seminar, the organizer reserves the right to change the date and In this case the fees are non-refundable, but valid as they are, if the interested party also agrees with the changes, otherwise the organizer will refund the entire amount paid.

Change or cancellation of participation in seminars or provision of services, or purchase of products due to customer wishes

The user who may wish to cancel or modify his reservation in a seminar or the provision of a service that has already been agreed upon, or the purchase of a product that he has already requested must send immediately and before the completion of the product purchase, or the provision services, the relevant request to lab@oliveoiltastinglab.gr For cancellation of participation in a seminar by the trainee up to 7 days before the start date, a refund of 50% of the amount already paid is made. For cancellation of participation in a seminar by the interested party, six  days before the start date of the seminar, refund of 30% of the amount. For the return of a defective product (due to the fault of our Laboratory), the product will be replaced free of charge. For cancellation of a service that has already been agreed upon, and as long as 50% of the agreed duration has not passed, 30% of the total amount will be refunded. If necessary, a refund will be made either by canceling the credit card charge (if you have paid by credit card) or by depositing into a bank account, which you will indicate to us.
