Our Seminars

Our Laboratory, in collaboration with scientific bodies and associations, is organizing workshops and seminars, mainly with topics related to the olive tree and olive oil, like cultivation, harvesting, quality assurance, sensory evaluation,  olive mill operation, bottling, marketing, oleotourism, and olive oil use in households and gastronomy.

Our laboratory has been certified according to EN ISO 9001-2015 by TUV/AUSTRIA-HELLAS, for the development & organization of educational events and seminars.
